Important information for your event

We love providing a beautiful space to make memories!

Deliveries & delivery trucks: Please coordinate reasonable time frames for deliveries so we can support the success of your event within your rental time.

Electrical outlets: All outlets on the property are available for use. You are welcome to inspect locations and numbers prior to booking.

Decorations: Freestanding decorations only—no masking, duct, electrical, transparent, or double-stick tape. No nails or staples. Do not hang from light fixtures. All decorations must be removed without damage after the last guest departs.

Guests: When you invite guests to your event, you are inviting them to our home. We expect visitors to conduct themselves in a mature, responsible, and respectful manner.

Handicap accommodations: We provide level-designated parking and suitable restroom facilities. Reasonable accommodations will be made when applicable.

Music & entertainment: Music (live and recorded) is permitted at an acceptable sound level. Our event coordinator will help establish levels. We reserve the right to require music to be reduced or ceased if deemed inappropriate.

Parking: Available in designated areas. Please use the spaces that identify parking locations.

Pets: Sorry—no furry family members allowed.

Photography: We reserve the right to use photographs or other media from your event in our publicity and advertising materials.

Catering & refrigerator: Catering service areas are not intended for meal preparation. Caterers are expected to make their own food/beverage accommodations.

Rental space changes: Furniture movement, table placement, live music setup, and catering equipment must be pre-approved. Restore all areas to their original appearance.

Signage: You may post your group’s sign or hang balloons at the front entrance. Please do not attach anything to or cover our entrance sign.

Smoking: A & C Event Space is a non-smoking facility.

Security: A security guard is present for all events where alcohol is served (e.g. receptions, fundraisers, corporate parties). This service is included as part of the venue rental unless noted otherwise.

Restrooms: We request proper etiquette. Please notify our event coordinator of any mishaps or need for supply replenishment.

By booking, you agree to read and uphold these policies and to ensure contractors and event party members abide by them. Please inform your coordinator, florist, photographers, and other vendors that they must conform to these guidelines.

Yes, additional hours can be added at an hourly rate. Please discuss this during booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30+ days in advance receive a full refund. Please see our terms for details.
