Terms & Conditions
By booking with A&C Event Space, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Full payment is required on or before the event date.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for any damage to equipment or venue during the rental period.
- Setup and breakdown times are included in the rental period.
- Any changes to the booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- The customer agrees to comply with all venue rules, regulations, and local laws.
- A&C Event Space reserves the right to cancel bookings due to force majeure events.
- The customer must have appropriate insurance coverage for the event.
- Additional charges may apply for extended hours or additional services.
