Terms & Conditions

By booking with A&C Event Space, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Full payment is required on or before the event date.
  2. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  3. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
  4. Cancellations made 7-14 days before the event receive a 50% refund.
  5. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
  6. The customer is responsible for any damage to equipment or venue during the rental period.
  7. Setup and breakdown times are included in the rental period.
  8. Any changes to the booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  9. The customer agrees to comply with all venue rules, regulations, and local laws.
  10. A&C Event Space reserves the right to cancel bookings due to force majeure events.
  11. The customer must have appropriate insurance coverage for the event.
  12. Additional charges may apply for extended hours or additional services.
