How to set the room
Layout tips
- For 40 to 60 guests, 5 to 7 round tables keep the room full but comfortable.
- Put a throne chair at the front for the guest of honor, with the gift table beside it.
- Use the 2 rectangle tables for food and desserts near the kitchenette.
- Frame the gift area or the reveal with a balloon garland or arch on stands.
- Balloon garlands and arches on stands are welcome. Decor must be freestanding: no tape, nails or staples on walls.
