A smaller reception lets you spend the night with the people who matter instead of working the room. Our hall holds up to 100 guests, so a full seated dinner, a head table and a dance floor all fit in one space.
You bring the caterer, the cake and the playlist. We provide the room, the tables and chairs, sound with a microphone for toasts, and a kitchenette your caterer can stage from.

How to set the room
Layout tips
- Seat 100 guests at 10 to 11 round tables. Each 5 ft round seats 8 to 10, and tables are free up to 11 when you book.
- Use the 2 rectangle tables for a head table, or split them between the cake and the gift table.
- Leave the center of the room open for a first dance, then let it become the dance floor.
- Bring freestanding decor: backdrops, arches and balloon garlands on stands, and centerpieces. No tape, nails or staples on the walls.
- Bring your DJ, or plug a playlist into our Bluetooth speakers.

Questions hosts ask
How many guests can a wedding reception have at A&C Event Space?
Up to 100 guests. The hall is 2,500 sq ft, and 5 ft round tables seat 8 to 10 each, so 10 to 11 tables seat a full reception.
Can we bring our own wedding caterer?
Yes. Outside catering is welcome. Please coordinate delivery and setup times with us in advance.
How long is a wedding reception rental?
Packages include 4 hours plus free setup time (2 hours on the Chiavari Package). There is no set end time: add up to 6 more hours at $100 per hour.
Can we serve alcohol at our wedding reception?
Yes. Alcohol is allowed, and a security guard is present for events where alcohol is served.
Can we bring our own DJ?
Yes. Outside DJs are welcome. Bluetooth speakers and a microphone are also included with every package.
Can our decorator set up before the reception?
Yes. Setup time before your event is included: 1 hour on the Base Package, 2 hours on the Chiavari Package. Decor must be freestanding, with no tape, nails or staples on walls.
