Why hosts pick our hall

A quinceañera or sweet 16 has a lot of moments to fit into one night: the entrance with the court, the waltz, the changing of the shoes, dinner, and dancing until the end. You need a room where all of that can happen without moving guests around.

Our hall holds up to 100 guests, with space at the front for a throne chair and backdrop and an open floor for the court's dance. Bring your own caterer and colors; the room is a blank canvas.

The Chiavari Package includes a throne chair for the quinceañera, gold Chiavari chairs, black linens and 2 hours of free setup, which is time decorators usually need for a themed room.

How to set the room

Layout tips

  • Put the throne chair and a backdrop at the front of the room so every table can see the ceremony moments.
  • Seat the court at a rectangle table near the front. The package includes 2.
  • Keep the center open for the waltz and the surprise dance.
  • Choose your colors freely. Balloon garlands and arches on stands are welcome. Decor must be freestanding: no tape, nails or staples on walls.
  • Bring your DJ for the waltz and the surprise dance, or use our Bluetooth speakers.

  • Is A&C Event Space a good size for a quinceañera?

    Yes, for parties up to 100 guests. The hall is 2,500 sq ft with room for dinner tables, a throne chair area and an open dance floor.

  • Is a throne chair included?

    The Chiavari Package includes 1 throne chair. Extra throne chairs are $100 each.

  • Can we decorate in our own theme colors?

    Yes. Bring any colors and decor you like as long as it is freestanding, including balloon garlands and arches on stands. No tape, nails or staples on walls or fixtures.

  • Can we bring a DJ for the quinceañera?

    Yes. Outside DJs are welcome. Bluetooth speakers and a microphone are also included with every package.

  • Do you host sweet 16 parties too?

    Yes. Sweet 16s use the same packages, with the same 100-guest limit and throne chair option.
